We aim to provide an efficient and cost effective service in the management of your lettings. As gite owners ourselves we are keenly aware of impeccable standards of presentation, and pride ourselves on the service we provide.
We are also on hand during your guests’ stay to provide assistance should they require it, with anything from a faulty appliance to a suggestion for lunch.
CHANGEOVER SERVICE
It is important that our clients enjoy peace of mind when letting their property, and it is for this reason that we operate a check in as well as a check out service. On arrival your guests will be shown how to operate appliances, wood burners etc. and how to get the most out of their holiday property. At the end of their stay the property will be checked with the
client to ensure all is well.
CLEANING
Your gite will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your guests. If required a linen service can also be provided.
ADVICE ON HOLIDAY LETTINGS
We have successfully let both residential and holiday properties in England for many years, as well as our gite operation here in France. Our knowledge is all at your disposal.
REPRESENTATION IN FRANCE
We act as your representatives here in France. We place a Premier Property Care information file in the gite, giving guests all the essential information such as emergency telephone numbers, market days and suggestions for trips. We also include our own contact details, so that during their stay, your guests can contact us in the event of a problem.
