FULL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We are able to undertake full renovation projects by using the many French registered Artisans we know. We only use French Artisans so you can be assured of the best local knowledge in terms of materials and finish. Using our list of local contacts and Artisans we can renovate houses from nearing demolition to completion.

BUILDING WORKS & REPAIRS
Please view our “current projects” pages to see works underway. Ongoing repairs are inevitable, especially in older properties, or those which remain unoccupied for periods of time. We are happy to undertake full renovation projects or any other small building works you may be considering. We are currently renovating our 4th property in France and have helped many others to renovate theirs. We have several clients would are happy for us to show you the works we have carried out which would help you understand the quality of our work.

PAINTING & DECORATING
We will undertake your decorating requirements be they painting, tiling or laying a parquet floor. Our standards and quality of finish are second to none.


GARDENING, CLEARANCE AND MAINTENANCE
This can be particularly useful if you have just taken on a property. We can clear the garden so that you can design it as you please. We can strip the house of anything undesirable so that you have ‘a clean sheet’ for your plans and work.
We can keep lawns and flower beds tidy, a boon during the summer months, so that on arrival at your property you can immediately make the most of your visit.

FOSSE SEPTICS
We work closely with a French enterprise to fit and maintain fosse septics. We take care of everything from the initial soil test survey, managing the groundwork and onto obtaining a conformity certificate.
